Your palette will appreciate you for such a flavorful experience, from hot meats to the richest sweets! Bagh Serai known for its organic farming uses its farm produces for serving its guests. Many farming products like wheat, bajra, chickpea, fresh vegetables, and fruits are used to prepare delicious dishes. Tucked away in a corner of the outdoor dining space is our resident chulha, a traditional Indian wood-fired mud stove where delicacies bubble away and piping hot rotis are churned out on the double. For those who enjoy the culinary arts, Bagh Serai welcomes its guests to try their hand at cooking on our chulha. Whether it be one of their personal favorites or a guided lesson in creating one of Rajasthan’s favorite dishes, there’s something for all tastes. Aside from these renowned local foods, we also provide a selection of Indian cuisines and western delights. We also host bonfire evenings when you can see Ranthambore's culture come alive in full bloom.
